Manufacture and production

SABE is committed to a continuous quality policy: implementation of indicators, self-check processes, welding qualification… 

SABE has two production sites, each of a surface area of 2000 m² (CHAUCHE – 85 and NAIZIN – 56), making it fully integrated to produce all proposed machinery:

• Automated laser cutting 
• Digitally controlled folding and rolling
• Steel and stainless steel TIG/MIG/Automatic welding
• Surface treatment station and large size standardised paint cabin
• Wiring workshop
• Pre-assembly and systematic checking of all machinery

Furthermore, in the context of its CSR policy, SABE has implemented strict waste sorting for metals, cardboards, electric and electronic waste.
